EMTN programme
The FCA has approved SSE’s new Base Prospectus in respect of the annual update of SSE plc’s Euro Medium Term Note Programme and is available for viewing:
SSE plc 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, dated 23 August 2024 and Supplement dated 10 January 2025.
A copy of the Base Prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection.
