Individual/retail shareholders
SSE’s share register is managed and maintained by our registrar, Computershare Investor Service plc (“Computershare”).
The fastest way to manage individual shareholdings in SSE is through Computershare’s online Investor Centre. To register shareholders will need to enter their Shareholder Reference Number (SRN), which can be found on any recent documentation issued by Computershare, and their postcode and follow the instructions online. Once registered and logged into the Investor Centre, shareholders can view, update and calculate the market value of their shareholdings; change their address details and dividend payment instructions; and view share price data and trading graphs of listed companies.
